“Staff is not well trained and not very friendly. Despite being a club member they refused point credits for the stay. The manager helped in the end. Also, the room we were supposed to get was not made up when we entered. As noone helped with the luggage (another point to mention) we had to walk back to reception and fet someone to check the room, walk back, then we received another room. The staff made us feel like we are beggars rather than customers and they have an attitude problem. ”

“Compared to other hotels closer to the water this one is ok for the price. Pool is ok, a hot tub would be a welcome addition. Facilities overall good and breakfast was very good. I would recommend.”

“I recently stayed at Inn of Naples, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and overall, it was a great experience, especially considering the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out seamless. The amenities, including the on-site dining and free Wi-Fi, were excellent additions that enhanced the stay. One small issue was the swimming pool, which could have been maintained a bit better. It was not as clean as expected, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience, as the rest of the hotel more than made up for it. For the price, you really can't beat the value this hotel offers. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with great accommodations.”
