“Clean comfortable room. Bed is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and in good condition. Room has a fridge iron board and hair dryer. Ample electrical outlets. The furniture is basic. The front lobby has a suite of brand new comfortable soft chairs and sofas. The front door and steps are rough. The carpet is rough throughout. All of the windows are dirty. ”

“Arrived to parking spaces occupied by corn hole boards and a tent filled with loud drinking adults and youth not to mention the sound system. Checked on and was given the room next to the three rooms of drunks. As the evening wore on the music got louder and the drinking continued. At 10 and again at 11 pm I called the office and asked them to stop the noise. At 3am I called the police because the office was closed. At 4 the drunks began fighting in front of our door so I called the police again. From 4-5 am the police arrived and were able to get the people to go inside their rooms were we listened to people vomit and snore. Horrible place with no management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. ”
