“stayed at Red Roof Inn Nacogdoches for one night on November 29–30, 2025, and the room was infested with roaches. I personally killed tens of roaches during the night. I found roaches on the wall near the bed and many more in the bathroom. I reported this immediately at 6:00 AM to the hotel front desk and showed the evidence. No apology or solution was offered, and I was not given the option to change rooms or receive any compensation. The receptionist simply said I’ll inform them! I later contacted Red Roof Inn corporate directly and requested a refund due to habitability and safety concerns. While they acknowledged the pest issue, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered loyalty points, which I declined. Corporate then closed the case stating they could not further assist.”

“A great hotel for getting our Lumberjack back to school! Clean and close to campus! They did not have a full breakfast, which was fine with us, but if you want a hot breakfast there are options close by. ”
