“The staff did the right thing; when I had problems with my room, they moved me to a new room immediately, and the replacement room was fine. However, there were enough issues with the original room that I am concerned about the general quality of maintenance at this hotel. While I was in the room, the toilet clogged (not the hotel's fault). But when I tried to call maintenance, there was no dial tone on the room phone. The room also had several less serious issues, such as missing glass in the peephole (blocked with tissue) and panels of blinds that had gone off the track..”
