“Not as good as the average review score., Booked with breakfast but they don’t even have coffee let alone the paid $ for breakfast. Owner didn’t even care when I complained. Room was average. No room next to the bed if you have a c-pap machine. ”

“We have been staying at Best Western Flagship Inn whenever we visit Moss Point. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well stocked. Our breakfast each day is such a wide variety of items to fit everyone’s needs! Only thing I would change is to warm up the pool a little.🥶Very nice staff as well!”

“We booked this room with king bed and non-smoking on ground floor. When we got there we were given a double bed on the second floor, smoking. Really wasn't charmed by that as we really needed something ground floor and non-smoking and then of course it was our anniversary weekend so double beds are not cool. I relayed this information to management but they were like Agoda said this is what you booked with the double beds and smoking-meanwhile I have a confirmation email stating what I actually booked. So to say I was a little teed off was an understatement. I realize it's a busy weekend but you would think these people would try to accommodate you. Overall, room wasn't terrible and there was no bugs which was a relief otherwise I would have went completely nuts. I would definitely lose the carpets though because they definitely need to be replaced, and most pet friendly places you stay do not have them.”

“I book our rooms 2 months on advance and when we arrived we were told they didn't have any rooms for us because they over booked. And i had to go find somewhere else to stay. Totally uncalled for if personal would do their job and look at the reservations before booking other people.”
