“We had been driving cross country for over 12 hours and just needed a place to rest our heads. We needed something within a close proximity to the highway, clean and quiet enough to get a shower in and few hours sleep. The pool was a bonus, and motivation to exercise before bed so we paid more than we would have. Unfortunately, it was doomed from the beginning. While checking in we overheard someone asking for a new room due to being placed next to a barking dog, and looking to the left we saw that the pool that was behind a glass wall and visible to all was packed with kids after 9 pm. After bringing in our bags, we noticed a brown recluse spider, and decided to keep all of our belongings off of the floor. Suddenly we hear a young child's speaking in a normal voice, and then the rest of the family that was staying in the room next door as if they were in our room with us. There was zero insulation, and zero privacy. The occupants started using the blow dryer after 10:30 pm. We asked for another room and were told that there were none. The staff was apologetic and called the family to ask them to be quiet and we heard them laugh and disregard the request, and continued making intentional noise. We were exhausted and it was dangerous for us to get back on the road, but it was impossible to relax and we absolutely had to rest so we were left with no option but to leave. We were credited back all but $50, which we were grateful for after such a horrible experience, but even $50 feels like a punch in the guts. ”

“My stay for 2 nights were terrible. The room is too small. Door doesn’t close properly. Shower wasn’t working properly. Insects in the room. There no house keeping done. Even towels weren’t replaced. Breakfast has very limited options.. I would never in this place again and I wouldn’t recommend”

“All the staff were amazing, kind, and caring. The room was very clean. The breakfast was so great, they even had a waffle maker. The only improvement that this hotel needs is an update on the bed, it was pretty lumpy, but not the worst. 9 out of 10 on this stay. ”
