“The photos and reviews of this Holiday Inn Express look good. It didn't meet the expectation though. The hotel was renovated in 2025 so the room looks good, bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is good. However, there is no pool or hot tub. The room carpet was entirely wet. It seems like the entire first floor had just been shampooed/washed and let wet (without being wet vacuumed).”

“Checking in was confusing. When we arrived around 6 PM, there were no staff on site and we had to call to find out that check-in was done online. We never received clear instructions for the online check-in beforehand, so the process was frustrating. The same issue happened during check-out, which made the whole experience a bit of a headache. The room itself was quite small and not the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It also would’ve been nice to have a chair—sitting on the very soft mattress wasn’t comfortable. On the positive side, the grab-and-go breakfast was convenient.”

“Gorgeous hotel. Very clean, good breakfast selection, work out area, pool, etc. The only thing that isn’t great is the location… for ***, Not a fan of over looking the ford dealership or the halfway house. Unfortunately the economy has it where this hotel has to charge that to make it worth it for the cleanliness and amenities it offers. Also, Drug addict free from what I could tell unlike a lot of the other hotels in town so while the scenery may not seem worth the price. The peace of mind and cleanliness makes it 100% worth it. ”

“I asked for a one-hour late checkout as I had a meeting, and they wanted to charge me $** for it. Otherwise the room was well appointed and very clean, and the hotel was quiet.”
