“The hotel was very clean and staff were awesome. During check in Jeanelle was very patient , welcoming and made sure both the families are staying in nearby rooms etc. Staff during breakfast were very nice. Only suggestion is to have more vegetarian options during breakfast as several folks stay here during temple visit. ”

“We came to Monroeville to visit the DotD filming mall and locations. The rooms were quiet, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. My only complaints were the carpet was in need of a good steam cleaning and someone in a room nearby was smoking a lot of weed so it permeated the entire hallway. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience there and would recommend it. ”

“I feel it is overpriced but so is the economy. For starters, the front desk staff was nice and personable. I noticed a bottle of water on the computer desk by the door when we checked in. We go through and make our way to our room (512) and the hall is clean and bright. Our room is nice and we are please as we set up our belongings. The Outback attached is a bonus! We go to take a shower and there is a used bar of soap in the shower. I worry it wasn't cleaned. The shower is so slippery, I worry someone would slip and get hurt. The bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast was highly congested and there wasn't enough room for the amount of people that were in the buffet room or dining room; besides that everything was nearly gone (at 8:30 am). We chose this hotel for the pool. The chlorine was so strong my son got a nose bleed and his face now is swollen and red. I stepped on metal inside the pool and it stuck into my foot. The bottom also felt like rocks, probably from all of the chlorine pods. The pool was not clear, it was cloudy. Due to too many chemicals. We embark on our day and notice the bottle of water is still there in the lobby. ”

“Nothing fancy and there was no continental breakfast, just coffee. The room itself was a bit dated but very clean and great firm mattress. Great location and perfect if you just need a good place to sleep.”

“Nice upgraded room, not for your wealthy businessman traveling type but a low key quiet nice place for a stay and do some laundry and nice bed shower... Close to everything in Monroeville.. and cheaper than the surrounding places.. Spent 3 nights just to have place to retreat to and have some peace and get out the house and have relax ”
