“The person who checked me in seemed bored and cranky. My room faced the pool and I had to park the car on the other side of the building. The refrigerator made a lot of noise. I'd completed an e-mail to do pre-checkin and had to do everything all over when I got there. But the room seemed clean, the bed was comfortable and the TV included a channel guide (not always the case). I'd gotten a smoking room because the price was right (don't smoke) although the Days Inn website said all rooms were non-smoking.”
