“I'm a regular customer at this hotel. I used to book other hotels in this area, but in the last 2 years I only booked thisone, since it's my favorite ”

“Staff are super friendly and helpful. and while the rates were higher than normal due to a peak travel period, it was a well located place to stay.”

“When we were there at the breakfast, the bacons were run out. I personally don't like bacon so i don't mind. Then later, my kid want to try a bacon. I told my kid to go up and ask the old lady staff by yourself. The 7 year old kid go up to ask a bacon but the old lady staff did't give to her!! She said " you already had 2, cannot get more". The fact is we didn't get any! Even I didn't get even one. The old lady staff even gave a finger say "NO NO" to 7 year old kid. I had to go up and said "She didn't get any bacon". So the old lady turn around and get a burned bacon to her. I was soo pissed off because we paid about 300 USD for this hotel. The little kid don't need to get treated this way. The old staff need to apologize to her and hotel need to consider new policy about managing the breakfast's policy. If hotel don't want to give breakfast or need to be paid, then do so. We just don't feel like it's fair way.”

“They should brew at least one pot of de-caf coffee in the lobby or eating area. Instant is NOT good and seems below the norm.”
