“When checking in the staff charged my card twice for the room and attempted a second charge for incidentals… when questioned she offered an incorrect answer and then when I said she was charging my card for a third time she told me twice… I corrected her and she again suggested I was lying… “she saw me” and I said I could count… she reiterated her lye and I asked for another clerk who was very helpful… she reversed the errors and I appreciated her… also no recognition of being a diamond member until the second clerk… the next morning when I came down, breakfast was cleared… evidently stops at 9 vs most hotels 10 on a Sunday… was not told this at vhe k in😵‍💫… otherwise met all the expectations for a Hampton Inn… clean comfortable.”

“Any other time my services are excellent! But this last time oh baby! First when i checked in Mark was cool. I get to my room and it’s dirty! In all my time of staying here (and i come here often) i have never been in a room like this! There were dirty towels in the room, there was still trash in the room. I noticed ashes all over the room. I went downstairs to see about getting another room and Mark was nowhere to be found! I checked in a little after midnight. I came back down stairs several times for about an hour i even called the front desk to see if i could get an answer and i called the 1-800 number and asked them to call. At one point someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me. I had to sleep and a dirty room, in someone’s filth! My girl Ms. DeBorah would have never done me this way! The day staff for this weekend took care of me though. They switched my room out for me and went to check everything out themselves before they let me move just to make sure it was up to standards.”
