It's definitely a home away from home atmosphere. They are super clean rooms and they make sure your taken care of properly. I think they all need raises and paid vacations and with out having to use paid time off. I appreciate this kind of kindness and caring. “We did not get a microwave or refrigerator in our room and the ad said it came with it. Also no shampoo and conditioner and no breakfast bar. A/C was great. Used the laundry facilities and had to pay $25 minimum on there app. Such a rip off!!”

“I've stayed there more than a dozen times but last night was not good. After I settled in I discovered th TV didn't work. I called and they sent a "guy" when fiddled with it and said would work. It didn't. So, I packed up and changed rooms. Awaked at 1 a.m. by partiers immediately above my room. An hour later still noisy. Called the front desk. Said they'd send security. 3 a.m. still noisy. Got dressed and went to the front desk. Said they'd send security. Quieted down about 3:30. Checked out and went to the airport at 5:30. Got about 3 hours sleep. ”

“The hotel was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. It took a very long time to check in with one person in front of us. They kindly relocated our room to the quieter side and we had a good night. The amenities were bare bones - 2 bars of soap and towels.”

“The night staff was not very friendly and 3 items were not working in the room or needed improvement 1) tv and controll 2) coffee maker 3) shower handle and water flow I might suggest to have all items working properly in hotel room and hire someone that can be more professional to check into room or check out. ”
