“We arrived around 9 am found that the two suites I booked online were not available. The manager on duty had an alternative set up that I could make work for my group of 10. Was it ideal, no, but it could work and was fine. I arrived at my room with 4 teenage boys and one 6 year old to find it already used. The beds were unmade, the sofa pulled out all the lights were on… I called out “hello” as I looked inside, afraid we were walking in on someone. The manager on duty made a couple of calls and had the room cleaned while we waited, took about 40 mins to flip the room. We were exhausted for our 12 hours on the road, she offered snacks and drinks to all. She really went above and beyond to fix the situation. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy and everyone slept well. ”

“We have stayed here multiple times and have been happy each time. It was clean, quiet and economical. I recommended it to my brother and he also chose to stay there. I especially like the pro-pet policy as we travel with a diabetic cat. ”

“The kids love it! It’s quiet, staff is polite. Pool is nice. Rooms are nice and good size only downside is the fridge and freezer are too small. ”

“Hotel was nice, clean. Staff was very nice. The only thing was on the hotel website it says they have an indoor pool and a hot tub, they do have a pool but it's outside and no hot tub. All in all it was a great stay, comfy bed. ”

“I highly recommend this hotel, not only are the rooms beautiful and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. ”

“I waited in an empty check-in for over a 1/2 hour to be waited on and get my key. Unfortunately I had already pre booked and paid or I would’ve left. A couple came in to get a room but left after 10 minutes. I specifically asked for non smoking. Once I got my key and went to my room I could smell that it had been smoked in. I’m very allergic to smoke/cigarettes and have asthma but this was the last available room. There was a hair in the sink and a mark on the sheet. Lastly I was expecting free breakfast as advertised. There was a sign on the door that the office (and where breakfast was served) was closed. ”
