“When we checked we were charged a *** facilities fee that was not shown when we were booking on Agoda/***. So we really didn't get the deal we were expecting. Also we reserved a view suite but Agoda did not convey this to the hotel and we were put in the deluxe suite. The suite was a bit "outdated" but clean and spacious with nice furniture . Beds were comfy. Plenty of bath and pool towel towels. Nice size living room and kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes etc. A/C and ceiling fans all worked well. Nice screen enclosed patio but too hot outside to enjoy. Staff was friendly and helpful although their "hands were tied" regarding the facilities fee and wrong room reservation. ”
