“So I look to stay through a g o d a and the price was reasonable the staff was less than forthcoming. I understood that would probably be a deposit I planned on that. I put the deposit on my card. I was not told I could give a cash deposit. My stay was Tuesday to Wednesday it is now Sunday and I still do not have my deposit returned to me. I even took my own trash out of my room and left nothing behind all my linens or stacked neatly in the bathroom everything so there's no reason I'm not getting my deposit back however here we are without the return of our deposit thus far. When I called because I checked out early to speak to the manager of the manager was not there at 10:00 a.m. . I was told that my deposit had been set to be returned and that is when I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days I said I wish I would have been told because I would have gone another route if I could have would you have taken cash and they said yes. The people who checked me in should have given that option or should have stated on the card it would take 3 to 5 business days they did not. The facility was clean breakfast was moderately decent the staff was friendly enough they just weren't forthcoming. The room was very clean for the most part I have no problem with that I have a problem with still not having my money returned to me. Transparency that's all”

“Stayed here for two nights surrounding a concert. Hotel is dated, but still nice and clean. No elevator for upper level, which could be a problem for some. Only Real complaint was upon checkout, we waited for over half an hour for an attendant when we were checking out to let them know that the bathtub was not draining properly and never saw anyone. Wound up, leaving the room, keys on the front desk and leaving..”

“Attendant who checked me in wasn't very friendly but the next one was very sweet and helpful. The room was not ready for 2 hours after check in time. A/C not working well in conference room. Breakfast area was clean and decent food. I stay in Holiday Inns often and this one needs a little updating and improved staffing. ”

“The hotel was fine (clean, ok room, free parking just outside) and a great deal--that is if you don't need an internet connection. Nothing worked, and the staff person was not helpful in solving this. We had to use our phone data.”
