“Even though we live less than half an hour away, my wife and I like to come here for our anniversary because of the quiet. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and clean. You don't even need to leave the property to eat and exceptional meal; just make a reservation in advance at Dio Deka. Parking is plentiful and so are the charging stations. Stay Saturday night, then check out the Los Gatos farmers market the next day. ”

“Staff was friend and break choices was adequate. Parking is plentiful. Definitely a bit small compared to other Best Westerns I've been to but price is worth it.”

“Our stay was great except for the lack of hot water in our room. Compounding the problem was the fact the maintenance crew does not work weekends. In my opinion that is poor planning, especially when guests are paying a premium to stay there. We were offered to switch rooms but our schedule wouldn’t allow for a room change, so we suffered through cold showers. Management did make a minor concession to our room charge. That was appreciated but it should have been more significant. Our future stays in Los Gatos will be on weekends. Knowing there is no maintenance crew to correct problems we may stay elsewhere in the future. ”
