“I’ve been staying here for years. Used to be a great hotel that I recommended to others because of price and convenience. It is in need of some upgrades for sure. Key cards that are just swiped instead of having to put them in the slot for one. Carpet in rooms and hallways are dark and gloomy. Rooms have no USB ports to charge phones and tablets. We never carry blocks with us anymore. Assume all hotels have USB ports on bedside tables. Coffee for guests in foyer at all times is a must for our crew. ”

“I was here for 4 nights and it was pretty good. Staff were great. I felt the room could’ve been cleaner, but still wasn’t bad for the price I paid. I found some food in the refrigerator from the people before me, but that was the only “real” issue I had.”

“This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From moment we walked in to check-in we were greeted professionally and given warm fresh cookies.. Our room was HUGE with 2 queens, close to full size refrigerator, hot plate stove eyes and microwave to prepare your own meals. The breakfast was awesome! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come to Logan! Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“Very pleasant stay, kind staff, room clean and comfortable 👌 you actually had a nite lite in the bathroom! Thanks! Most hotels don't. Not fun being blinded by a laser light at 3am to go to the john ”

“We thought the place was very nice and maintained well. The Key West look and atmosphere was very neat. We would stay again. ”

“Very friendly front desk staff (night) ”

“I was not aware until day of check in that this is a non staffed hotel. I was supposed to get a code for access to front door and room door but had to call/text the on call person. That person did get back to me within 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean. However, I did not like not having a person at check in. The rooms are small with the bathroom sink out in the main area. The bed was just OK, but the bedding was good. The walls are painted cinderblock, no artwork or decor on the walls. The rate I paid I was expecting something more comfortable and aesthetic. The only chair in the room was the desk chair, so to watch TV, you had to sit in the bed.”
