“The staff was kind but they were understaffed, unprepared, and management just left the staff to flounder and do their best. Reds sat walk in’s instead of honoring reservations, the kitchen got terribly backed up, there was no communication or acknowledgement of the issues until I forced them to tell me what happened because this is not the normal experience. I was disabled and using a scooter this trip and the lack of care or consideration for it between staff and guests was too much to handle. I ended up leaving a day early because it was so stressful and terrible that if I stayed any longer I would have gotten more hurt. People would take my golf carts I ordered, people stole my spot at the pool and it took over an hour for someone to get me a spot to sit again, the waiters took over 45 mins to deliver a single drink or water, the staff kept giving wrong information on where the fireworks were being set off from, etc. I have stayed here 3 times before but I would never come back on a holiday weekend. ”
