“Ms. Marlo and her staff were amazing, and very helpful. ”

“Great location reasonable prices and stores are within walking distance ”

“The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Our bathtub was dirty but they did send someone promptly to clean it. ”

“This was our first time here. The staff at the front desk was wonderful. The only thing that I would have to say is there's no ice machine on the second floor and the first floor and the third floor ice machine was broken. I had to run out to Royal farms to get ice fodrinks”

“I usually love staying at Homewood Suites but not anymore. This hotel has been grossly neglected! Hilton should be ashamed at letting this hotel get so run down! The breakfast used to be really great, not anymore I could get the same at a cheap hotel! Hampton Inn has a better breakfast! So sad! The facilities are in need of updating so bad! The carpets hallways and rooms are so dark and dingy! The bathroom is so outdated. Instead of placing all their money into TRU they need to take care of what they already have! My room had sofas with holes , bathtub was so old you can see rust around thw drain, and the dining area seats and couches were just GROSS! On the other side the staff was fantastic! Trying to accommodate guests with the run down situations the rooms were in which was not their fault. Hilton needs to make Homewood Suites Geeat Again! Nothing homey about them, my house wouldn't look like that!!”
