“So according to agoda check out time was 12pm, as soon I as it was 10:50 I started packing had everything ready by 11:10. I was about to walk out the door when someone went and started violently hitting the door, I have severe anxiety so this caught me off guard. I slowly open and it was a guy from the front desk saying "check out is at 11" before I could say I was sorry he interrupted saying "not me, not me" and started laughing as he made fun of me and laughed with other people that where staying there. I felt absolutely humiliated and went back to pick my things up again and leave. Mind you it was around 11:15 when I was already driving away”
