“I stayed here recently with my older teen, and we had a decent stay. Location was the top reason I booked this hotel, just bear in mind if you're staying here that the turn is on a very busy (fast cars) one-way road with a sharp right turn to pull in. Slow down way ahead of time do your fellow drivers behind you know. If you miss it, you'll have to go down the road and make a big circle to loop around. The Positives- We had a generally pleasant stay, largely due to the proximity to the highway, the local ski resort (20 mins from Blue Mountain), and thanks to the 24/7 refreshment station and the complimentary breakfast. Grab-n-Go- Very convenient options like pre-packed hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, and cups of Quaker oats. Hot Options:-DIY waffles, cheese omelets, and sausage links. All-Day Access- Free milk, coffee, tea, and dry cereal available throughout the day. Honorable Mention- The pool, hot tub, and gym looked clean and well-maintained, though we didn't use them. Areas for Improvement- The room's cleanliness was disappointing. We found leftover potato chips, red tinsel, and rose petals on the carpet from the previous guests—perhaps leftover from a previous Valentine's Party, but it clearly hadn't been vacuumed. More concerning was a large brown stain on the mattress protector of one of the Queen beds. While the front desk noted it was just a "bedbug cover," it was unappealing that we placed an extra flat sheet over it for peace of mind. Additionally, the walls are quite thin; be prepared to hear your neighbors. Further, the bulk toiletry bottles in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) were very difficult to squeeze and yielded little output. The Verdict- Despite the hiccups with housekeeping, the amenities are solid. The pool and gym areas looked very clean and well-used by other families. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with a great breakfast, this is a decent choice—just double-check the vacuuming! Overall, it’s a decent value stay if you prioritize a good breakfast and a budget-friendly price.”

“We stayed in room #118 on the first floor. It seemed like we could hear absolutely everything that happened all night long in the lobby, outside in the parking lot, the outside door key entry, and certainly the hallway. The door to the bath wouldn't shut and the refrigerator only had three legs! Price skyrocketed the last ten days. Book early, but perhaps somewhere more quiet.”

“To start this review off I want to give some context. This area near Jim Thorpe, has very expensive rates for motels. When I travel, and it's warm I usually stay at campgrounds to avoid the high costs. It is now winter time, and cold for camping so I got to stay indoors. When I saw this place online, it looked like it was worth taking a chance, and the price outstanding, much lower than the motels. I decided to go for it. After I booked I was sent instructions via text for when I arrived, there is no in person checking, you arrive and help yourself. The room had a very cozy queen size bed, and a bunk bed. There's a remote control heater, that would serve as an AC in the summertime, locks on the doors, fast Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, a clean shared kitchen, no bed bugs, no cockroaches, and no one bothers you. There were a few other guests, and no children staying which was great, so it might be a different experience if you're there and the place is full. There's a pizza shop, a coffee shop, a dunkin' donuts in walking distance. I got enormous value, colossal bank for my buck staying here. I'll definitely be back!”
