“This is an old hotel. I was sitting in my room, and started noticing little bugs on the TV console where the refrigerator and microwave were also. When I got up to look behind it, I saw a few roaches running. While calling the front desk for another room, I got my stuff together. She said ok she had another room for me. When I went to the front desk she was on her cell phone and pointed to the new key and said that it was mine. Horrible customer service - never apologized for what I had experienced.”

“They charged me a $50 and Signal fee and then didn’t even use it when I made a charge to the room. They just charged me a second time.. splurged and got some filet mignon from the steakhouse and it was very very subpar. I could’ve made a better steak at home.. the pool doesn’t open until 10 AM Saturday morning, which doesn’t really give you any time to swim before checkout.”
