“Great location for what we came for… staff was extremely friendly welcoming and willingness to help make our stay comfortable…. We came at a bad time the pool was out of service so if we wanted to swim we had to go across the street which to me wasn’t worth the energy so we just missed out on swimming.. the heater in our room only worked part of the time most of the time it blew out cold air so we just chose to keep it off and get a few extra blankets which worked just fine …. Staff was very willing to come up and do everything they could to fix the issue even offered a space heater we just chose extra blankets ”

“Pet friendly hotel by the convention center is good for some but for those that don't have pets, it's another story. Even though the doors were not slamming but shedding quietly. The latches on the various doors in your corridor, make a loud click sound when the owners take their pets out to go potty. It seemed like it was going on all night long and getting to bed by 10:30pm, I was still kept awake at all hours of the morning. The next door shower was across the wall from my headboard and every morning at 5:30 You could hear the shower running. Found someone's hair in the closet area by where the luggage rack is so I wasn't sure how clean the place really was.”

“Hampton Inn was under renovation during our stay. A very minor inconvenience and didn’t interfere with our stay at all. The renovation is very nicely done, but the Quality Assurance was a little questionable. The sink in the bathroom was hanging from the wall, and the shower drain was very slow. Both of these issues should have been caught by the housekeeper and reported to maintenance. ”
