“I checked in late at night, and the room I was given was ...um...well, 'unappealing', and lacked the standard expected of this place. I did however get another room in lieu of the first, and it was beautiful, clean, and worth the money. The staff also were helpful and professional.
The only thing I will mention is noticed the shower head needed cleaning, and the shower curtain needed changing. But everything else was exceptional.
This place is a true hidden gem. I will be staying here again.”
