“I had a very comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, and both the bed-making and housekeeping were excellent. I also appreciated being able to have coffee available 24 hours a day. However, I did notice that one of the staff members was using their smartphone continuously during breakfast service (although they were still clearing tables and doing their duties). Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. I will likely visit Florida again, and I would be happy to stay here in the future. Thank you very much.”

“Nice, upscale and quaint hotel located near the center of downtown Lakeland. Valet parking (optional), friendly front desk and clean premises overall. Nice front porch to relax in the evening and enjoy the views of Lake Mirror directly across the street. The hotel restaurant is good for casual dining, appetizers or a cocktail with an attentive wait staff but there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity that are top notch and worth trying, such as Harry’s.”
