“I've stayed in this motel several times. It's always been acceptable and things worked. This time, no hot water, lights out in room, desk was rude and dismissive. I think I just hit them on a bad day. SO disappointed since I had always had such a good experience. Will think twice before I ever go back or recommend them. ”
