“We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Quinta in Lake George, especially considering how affordable it was. The facility is fantastic for families. The swimming pool with water slides was a huge hit—our kids had the best time and didn’t want to leave. The staff truly stood out: incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful at every interaction. You feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was excellent—full, generous, and with more variety than most hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and comfortable, which made a big difference for a family stay. Everything about this place felt thoughtful, clean, and well-managed. This was one of those rare hotel experiences where everything just works. We had a phenomenal time and would 100% stay here again and recommend it to families without hesitation.”

“Friendly environment for family, friends or couples. Hotel provides great outdoor meeting space for conversations or to have a drink. Restaurant had awesome food. Rooms all great. :)”

“The hotel was clean, but there was substantial water damage in the room to the ceiling and walls, so bad that there was a gap between the two. The AC unit in front reception area was leaking with visible water damage. Hallway ac unit on second floor covered in plastic actively leaking all over the carpet. Check in was fairly smooth, although everyone was crowded in the foyer at the same time. We had the king suite with fold out couch for my daughter- they do not provide any bedding for that and we bought her blankets at a local store. There was NO Breakfast offered- the sign said there was but in the morning it said it was closed and we ended up just driving to Dunkin about 10 mins away. Overall not terrible and it was convenient to stay overnight versus driving down in the morning, we just think that the price point should be lower for this hotel due to its condition. ”

“It's very quiet, the views up in some locations are spectacular while other areas are rather boring. The grounds could be kept up a whole lot better than it has been, but this place is big & there is so much property that in my opinion is kinda going to waste. Not enough maintenance is being done to showcase it's true potential as a beautiful hotel property. A plus is that pets are welcome, & there is a pool. I do not however agree with the junkier side of the property being without microwaves yet the newer side has them. Also, the fact that the newer/cleaner rooms with the microwaves are also listed cheaper. For instance I booked a room on the nicer side that had a king size bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds totally three beds all together. Yet the older, junkier, dirtier side that only had two queen beds was more expensive and had no microwaves. To me, that math equation ain't mathing out right.📝💲💹➕🟰➗✖️➖🤯🫨💸 ”
