“No person to solve the power outage problem, and we have to stay at hotel whole night without internet, TV, AC except Darkness ”

“Everything good as always with the Heritage and Agoda. Tried booking a third night which is quite common for us to do on our stays and Agoda had to our disappointment no rooms left (That is never the case) so tried to use Traveluro. Thought everything was good and then the office called 2 hours after checkout inquiring about if I was staying or checking out. As far as I knew, everything should have been good, Traveluro confirmed my extra night, my credit card was charged. So needless to say we were kind of upset about the situation. Long story short we ended up packing up real quick and checking out. Even though it was now 3pm we still got our deposit back. Thank you Heritage, much appreciated. Anyway my whole point of this review was to express my appreciation for Agoda. I book with them almost on a weekly basis and never an issue. The time there was (not Agoda s fault) but they worked with me until the issue was resolved and it took a lot of work due to the situation. Not here at the Heritage just so you know. So again thank you Heritage and Thank you Agoda. I will continue to try and only book through you. Hope this made sense and wasn't too wordy. ”
