“I was denied a disabled accessible room. I had to walk upstairs with a leg boot on. The room upstairs was warm and not cleaned. The manager of the hotel was rude, confrontational, and was not willing to do anything about the air conditioning not cooling the room or the cleanliness of the room. ”

“This hotel is by far the best one in this small town but it’s not the cleanest hotel. I had to mop the floors myself so that they weren’t sticky and there was a bad smell when walking inside but all in all it was a decent room. The staff however will hound you about when you plan to check out starting at 7:00 am! Stayed there because my boyfriend was doing contract work in the area so the last few days of our stay I would go and rent the room again when I found out we were staying another night., which would have been fine but since it technically showed we would check out on that day they would start calling and knocking wanting to know when we would be leaving. I thought check out time was 11 and we had until that time to either check out or rebook. Nope that’s not how they see it! The last day I booked using my choice members points and they said I had to change rooms. The room I was given was so dirty and I had to mop the floors myself. It seemed like they don’t mop their floors. I also had to move all my belongings from room to room by myself with no help or mention of help even though they watched me struggle to get some of it . ”
