“I love the location since it is right in front of the ocean and just takes a few minutes to the ocean. They did not provide complementary water bottles, so we had to buy water. THe service was okay, staffs were helpful as we asked for some extra soaps, tissues or cups. Overall, it is a good choice for a short stay for the beach.”

“Let me say the staff I give 5 stars for exceptional service and they were so kind and helpful! The location is also perfect and provides beautiful beach location. The hotel unfortunately needs a bit of an update and was in need of paint and carpet repairs at least on our floor and bugs were able to get under the doors too.. If they do update the hotel then it’s going to be. the perfect hotel . Excellent staff and location though. ”

“I gave the staff 3 stars and cleanliness 2 stars but the app keeps changing it. Nothing special about it. I asked for early check in when I booked and again when we arrived at 11 a.m.. They managed to have the room ready at 3:56 when I called them (check in is 4 p.m.). There were stains on the bed sheets and looked like blood stains on the pillow, That should Never happen! Staff were not overly friendly, most were stone faced. At ***a night one wound expect much better. We didn't use the pool or fitness center so I can't speak to that. ”

“As first time travelers to the outer banks, we knew nothing about the area. The owners of this Inn pointed out several local places we could go, gave us information about the places as well as local places to eat. The Inn itself is clean, well kept, centrally located. ”

“The check-in and check-out process was difficult with the kiosk (no one was available at the counter). In order to check-in and check-out you must scan your driver's license and the kiosk stores that image. My wife could not check-out for us even though she was in possession of both room keys, my driver's license had to be scanned again to check-out. ”
