“Amazing breakfast, beautiful location and a great surprise for a lower budget hotel.”

“Overcharged and had to wait 2 days for the refund to go through. Deadbolt didn't work. Blowdrier didn't work. Asked for a different room and that room had a caved in bed, pieces of cookie on the floor and a gallon of bug spray on the table. Ended up back in the first room. ”

“The lady & the guy at the front desk are wonderful & very pleasant. I am always greeted with smiled and very quickly they get me checked In with no issues ever . Great clean rooms with great hospitality from all the Staff at the Kennewick, WA location and even better location right near the mall and lots of restaurants. Definitely recommend for.any overnight stay!”

“Hotel rooms are neat and clean with car parking space available. Only downside is they don’t provide water bottles in the room and when asked the receptionist was informed if members they will provide otherwise asked to fetch water from the restaurant in the lobby which is not a good idea.”

“My bf and I were denied breakfast and told to get out of the breakfast room because we had our service animals(dogs) with us. The lady from the front desk said, " the sign says no pets, so you need to leave." We both told her that they were service animals and there for the whole "No Pets" policy doesn't pertain to them. She continued to argue and raise her voice with us. We decided to leave and not eat breakfast. ”
