“Hallways smell of urine and other nauseous odors. Get there to find a sign saying pool and hot tub are closed until further notice. When I asked them how long it's been closed for, they said 3 years!!! When I asked why it didn't say that anywhere when I booked the room I was told that it is on their site but it's buried at the bottom. Beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable including pull out couch. Would not recommend for families for sure. No free breakfast either. ”
