“Was a great deal for the price, check in was easy and quick, room was clean and we had no issues at all. ”

“I arrived well before check in and they got me into a room with ease. Hallways smell so good like clean laundry! They are renovating rooms so it was pleasantly empty on my floor. Beds are so comfy!!!!! Room was clean! No weird smells!!!! I frequently stay in hotels and move around this is by far one of the BEST stays especially in the price range and city. Staff is great! Location great! 10/10 ”

“I asked for a late checkout because of my jet lag, and they agreed without a moment's hesitation. On top of that, the manager even lent me their own car so I could go pick up some food. I have never encountered a staff member this kind! Thank you so much!”

“This hotel was extremely clean. Everything worked. The staff was friendly and informative. The room was not as attractive as more expensive hotels but everything did appear new. I recommend it.”

“We’re very disappointed to have seen this locations, cleanness ! It’s a brand new hotel ! The carpets in the hallways weren’t vacuumed onetime while we stayed or in the elevators. The mopping needed to be done in the halls and main entrance. The bedding had animal furs in it and stains as well the bath towels. The pool was very very cold and the last thing the parking lot and walk ways were a mess from the snow and ice built up. Ohhh and how could I forget the breakfast. There was barely anything and when I went to ask the girl she was on her phone 🤦‍♀️ the apple juice sprayed out all over and was water. Just sooo sooo disappointed for this being a Hilton property. I would never stay again or recommend, Which is a real bummer we loved the body products that were offered for bathing and hand soap as well the location. But gosh where’s the management to over see this brand new hotel !! I’m not a person to leave reviews but this place needed one !! ”
