“The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was warm and courteous. The 3:30 AM shuttle was right on time and took less than 5 minutes to the airport and is a godsend for early morning flights. The only down side was that my room was at the very farthest point from the lobby on the first floor and the only ways to get there was down a very long carpeted hallway which was so plush it made rolling two large rolling suitcases nearly impossible. The other option was to cross the pool desk which was covered with bumpy paver stones . If I stay again I will be sure to ask for a room near the elevator. ”

“Our stay was really great until Tropical Storm Debbie came to town. We didn’t really feel the effects on the first day, but unfortunately, light winds and rain cause the power to go out at the hotel for an hour. No one was available at the front desk, no elevator access, no room phone, no WiFi and the worst part was no AC for approximately 4 hours or so. Being on the 5th floor with a children and a disabled occupant was very scary and torturing experience. There was no flow of air available and triggered my anxiety, seizures and migraine. I’m still recovering from this experience. No compensation from hotel due to act of God., Breakfast: There aren’t many meat options available for non-pork consumers. The waffle station was really nice. The kids enjoyed the breakfast waffles. Pool: Very clean and clear. Refreshing! Facilities: Clean Room: Clean, not many trash cans, electrical outlets or storage (drawers). Only one cabinet Beds: comfortable, clean Sofa bed: Surprisingly comfortable Other than this mishap or overall experience would be a 3 out of 5”

“I was home to visit family and needed a room that was more like an apartment as far as space so my boys age 9 and 12 would be able to play without driving my 18 year old nuts. This room was clean, spacious and it was exactly what was needed. It was almost silent, minimal sounds from either side of me so well insulated and my kids were all happy. My only complaints would be the elevator was terrifying and l had trouble getting a luggage cart when I checked in. ”

“It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received my deposit back from this hotel 100$ ”

“Even though it was under a face-lift stage. It was a beautiful place to stay. Easy to book, the location was awesome...Longhorn across the street. Down the street a Waffle House! And even better Jacksonville Airport...about 5 minutes away! The staff was amazing always a smile! I remember 2 names..Giovanni and Bernice...but any other staff that we came across was always pleasant! All in all one of the best experiences in a hotel. Continue to be awesome!”

“I only got to stay one night I had to pay a deposit I order for me to get my rooms when I wasn’t supposed to ”

“My flight was delayed and arrived around 1am and with a quick call they dispatched the shuttle and picked me up. The sweet cuban driver and the receptionist were amazing. Both gentlemen and made me feel safe. The hotel was clean and comfortable.”
