“I was disappointed with the check-in and check-outexperience at this hotel. The staff seemed to be inattentive to details, resulting in errors in our booking and charges. As a result, we had to spend extra time and effort to double-check everything, which was inconvenient and stressful. It would be great if the hotel could improve the accuracy of their service to ensure a hassle-free experience for their guests.”
