“Very great location just a few steps away from Union station. Also within walking distance to most tourist attractions in downtown and close to some restaurants. The building is well maintained and the rooms are clean. There is valet for parking but there are enough street parking and even a park ‘n ride nearby that offer cheaper option. The staff are friendly but there is a sense that they do not like what they do. There is a sense that it is not very welcoming. The place seems sad. I think there is an opportunity for the hotel to be really great for the area by livening up their lobby. While the hotel as it is offers great value for money and convenience for the location, I wouldn’t recommend for others to stay in.”

“Its a great hotel if one is breaking journey on the highway. located pretty close to this small city of Jackson. Its almost on the highway yet close to Capitol. Only thing I didn't like was that the free breakfast included was on only till 9:30 am and the staff never bothered to tell this info - so, when we reached down at about 10 they say its already closed.”

“We had reserved two rooms, they only had a reservation for one. It was midnight, after a long day of driving. After some back and forth, the attendant finally offered us a King room (we needed 2 queens) and it cost us $25 more than our original reservation, she wouldn’t honor the original price due to it being through a third party. So one of our children (adult) had to sleep on the couch in the king room, while the other two slept in the king bed. The rooms themselves are fine, decently updated and clean. Bathrooms aren’t great though. And the hallways, lobby, and outside are ROUGH. ”

“Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with the front door entry system. After 11pm, no entry granted without an access key. And to my amazement it did NOT smell like stale cigarettes and orange cleaner! I was having trouble getting checked in and the two staff members did their absolute best to make it happen. We had a few laughs about New York and us southerners. Within minutes they had the issue taken care of. I felt safe, clean and comfortable for my entire stay. The breakfast was delicious each morning! My only complaint would be that I didn’t have a microwave in my room. But that wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The pros certainly outweighed the cons. We left very happy customers and will definitely return on our next trip! ”

“Make sure you pay cash or with a prepaid card cause they wait until you gone a charge your credit card. They is no good and it’s crackhead a woman of the night. Not anywhere you’ll wanna stay or have your stay”
