“I do not know even where to begin! I booked through a 3rd party to save some money. I get there with my friend who had recommended this hotel. The office is closed. The bar and restaurant are closed but thank heavens someone was there. The hotel was supposed to send me my room number and passcode for the door, and never did. I was able to find a nice woman who had to make a phone call to get my room number and passcode. My friend and I get up to the room . There is no Dresser, no tables, no cups of any kinds, No coffee packs, no wash clothes, no soap in the bathroom sink dispenser and no hot water coming from the bath sink. My friend had called before and was told we would be able to get an early checkin, and thank god she called before us arriving to find out, if we got there at 2:00 we would have to pay an extra 50.00! So there is no early checkin! My friend was really embarrassed for recommending this hotel that she has been going to for years. I understand you are doing a make over, but don't charge people for a room that is not completed. We grabbed outdoor tables and cleaned them to place items on , rather than the floor! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!”
