“The room was new, clean and had a nice decor. The onsen wasn’t hot enough on the first night of the stay but it became hot enough for the next nights. The down point was the pillows were way too soft. ”

“After hours of driving from Northern California, we decided to stop in/near Portland. Although we aren't familiar with the area, we decided staying out of the city might be pleasant. And it was! From Nancy at the Front Desk to Mary who was doing double-duty as a waitress and bartender (due to staffing shortages), everything was nice, clean, and modern. The food menu was excellent, and the food was delicious. The Complimentary Breakfast with made-to-order omelettes was something we looked forward to ~ and that was great. However, the gravy for the biscuits were never replenished, disappointing my husband and our grandson. I gave a 4-Star rating for location as it really isn't near anything we would explore. But the area is beautiful.”
