“When I checked into this hotel even though I had booked the room for two adults for one night the rude lady at the front desk was telling me she had to charge me almost the whole another night on the room because I had a guest with me I explained that I booked a room for two adults and she's basically told me that I was lying the room is disgusting the locations in the middle of nowhere and this woman acts like she's got no rooms left the hotel was practically empty when I was there and I was glad to be gone the next morning. Treating your guests rudely is not the way to get people to come back I hope this front desk attendant figures out how to be a people person and treat people like a human and maybe learned how to respect another human being”
