“The staff are great and it's locally around things to do to keep busy. ”

“I arrived at 2pm from PA and was told it would be 65 + tax for an early check in and check in is 3pm which is bad customer service, unwillingness to assist or compromise. Breakfast they put out 3 yogurts, 4 bagels at a time, there's a $200 deposit, hotel is clean, the door men and valet are so respectful, hospitable and polite. Elliot at the front desk was pleasant, the other guy was harsh and unpleasant. Customer Service is important, I wasn't delighted by my treatment and stay”

“We were here for an event and working at the Convention Center. Hotel was convenient, clean, friendly etc Walking distance to bars and restaurants, as well as the Wadsworth which is a great museum. Would stay here again.”

“I booked this hotel from Agoda, but this hotel didn’t prepare the rooms for us. We didn’t have any rooms can stay in the midnights. They just told us this issue caused from system. They can’t do anything.”

“Great facilities and amenities”

“I love staying here when I come to Hartford. A clean, nicely appointed hotel room at an unbeatable price. Location is close enough to downtown and other places by car, but not too much of interest within walking distance. Breakfast is ok...will do the job. Breakfast attendant needs to be more on top of keeping tables clean. Aside from that, I look forward to staying again. Thanks all! ”
