“New to the area and found the staff very helpful with information about the area. Clean room and very comfortable bed and sheets. Didn’t use the Pool so I am not commenting. The only thing I would have changed was the coffee. It was terrible. Overall experience was really great. ”

“Great location. Near everything worthwhile in Gurnee such as Gurnee Mall, Great America, Cinema Theater, Navy base. The housekeeping staff is excellent when it comes to cleanliness. The rooms are very clean, microwave and fridge always clean, bathrooms very clean, good towels, clean linen just make sure you check, especially the spread. Lysol disinfectant used on knobs, evelevator buttons, would be nice. All rooms are a nice size but the couches are old and and need a good cleaning or to be upgraded. Breakfast is kept plentiful, kitchen staff is very pleasant. Weak coffee. Downside, my makeup bag full of expensive products and a Nautica unused sports bra did disappear. Spa doesn't work... ever. The older (not sure nationality) woman at the front desk is a bit spicy in attitude. Don't ask for anything or complain and she'll be pleasant to you. Once you do either one or seem dissatisfied in any way she is going to be snappy from then on. ”

“Great place to be in. Close to shopping and Theme park and great restaurants too. Booked it for a week for a naval graduation. From the front desk to the staff everyone was very friendly and Accommodating. Pool and free breakfast was a bonus! Thank you all for a plesant stay! Definitely booking again from a next day! ”

“During out stay pool was being repaired however it was not posted anywhere and staff said it broke a couple of days ago and they were waiting. The room had an odd odor seemed clean. Chair in room was in need of being replaced no cushion left in arms could see boards through fabric. ”
