“I do like this hotel it’s quite clean the staff is really nice only thing the rooms smell kind of old I wish they do something about that but other than that it’s good!!!”

“I have stayed here on three separate occasions over the last couple of months. The first time was great, the second time was okay and now the third time was not bad but the value and quality of my room was disappointing. ”

“Room was good with comfortable beds. However, the hot tub had too much chemical and we all got very sick the 2nd night... Coughing, nausea, no sleep... Indications of having chlorine poisoning. Thankfully we felt better the next day but it was a traumatic experience for my 7 year old son and wife. ”

“Phone doesn't work in the room. There are holes in the wall near the air conditioner. There is another hole in the wall on the picture of Dallas on the decor. The air conditioner rattles noise while on. I didn't get any sleep. Spoke with manager stated he would try to put me in another room on Saturday if he had any available on the 1st floor. I'm disabled and on oxygen I can't go to the 2nd floor. At this point I would like a refund for the entire stay. ”
