“It was a nice hotel staff was rude but other than it was nice”

“We arrive 30 minutes after check in and was the told the room was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby. The AC unit was broken or malfunctioning and making a terrible noise as it ran. The breakfast was severely lacking; no eggs or hashbrowns. Good location for red rocks, kinda pricey for what we got. ”

“If you like adventures...this could be for you. You will be challenged to fix remotes, keep your room heater on, and feng shui the room so you can use you recliner. Lamps shades have been crushed, toilet lids broken, doors kicked in and faucest pulled from walls leaving feeling as though your deposit will never be seen again...even though all have been repaired. The staff will not know you, your status with Sonesta will not be acknowledged and you can spend a comfortable 15 minutes signing in every week you stay. If these things interest you, you will have a great stay!”

“Very roomy, comfortable bed and pillows. Close to shops and restaurants and near to Red Rocks and the Colorado School of Mines campus. The only thing one should be aware of is that the rooms are not cleaned daily. You must request this the day prior. This was not a bother for me, but it may be for some. I was not aware of this until check in.”
