“Great team, very accommodating. Very clean and great quality room/amenities 5 out of 5 stars.”

“Receptionish is really helpful and sincere. they explained necessary info to us, as a visitor we felt very supportive. the facilities inside hotel also good with swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Only that the equipment in Gym room is a bit old, some equipment deterioate, pending to maintenance. But overall still good.”

“2일 묵었는데 깨끗하고 넓고 좋아요~ 수영장이 그저 그렇지만, 옆에 유명한 온천을 가면 되니 괜찮습니다.”

“The good- It's right by the river, we had a view just outside the window. It's neat to see the train drive by and it isn't loud, because the window blocks out a lot of the noise. The breakfast was decent, nothing fancy but we got our eggs and sausage. What they can work on: The hot tub was just warm. Although they advertised a BBQ, they didn't actually have one. They don't offer laundry facilities, when I asked for help finding one they guided me to the other IGH brand across the street who had me go to Maverick to get quarters for their machine then didn't have a machine available when I returned with my quarters. ”

“Room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was better than normal, but what was really nice was that there was a large breakfast lounge area that could actually seat more that the usual 4 people in a crowded area that is so typical. ”

“We are travel group had an absolutely awful experience here and will never recommend this property. We booked two separate multi-room suites: a 2-King Bed Suite with a kitchen and a 2-Queen Bed Suite. Upon arrival, the bait-and-switch began. The front desk agent claimed our 2-Queen Suite was just a standard room. Despite showing him our clear, confirmed booking documentation, he refused to honor it, dismissively stating that "because you booked through a third party," it wasn't his problem. The room we actually received had major maintenance issues. In the King Suite, two stove burners did not work on the first day. On the second day, the sink faucet handle completely broke off. We notified reception immediately, and they promised to send maintenance. By the third day, absolutely nothing was fixed. The service policy here is incredibly hostile toward paying guests: No automatic housekeeping if you stay more than two days. You must request cleaning before 9:00 AM, or your room will not be touched.Zero delivery service for basic necessities. When we ran out of toilet paper, tissue, and fresh towels, we were told we had to walk down to the reception desk ourselves to retrieve them.As a regular travel group, we have never encountered such a total lack of professionalism and care. Save your money and book elsewhere. The absolute worst part happened at checkout. When I brought up these issues to the receptionist, he rudely stated that he knew about the damage, claimed it wasn't broken when we arrived, and accused our group of breaking it.As a regular travel group, we have never encountered such a toxic lack of professionalism and gaslighting. ”

“What a great room. Beds were super comfy, breakfast was decent, and the staff was extremely friendly. Will stay again on our way through”

“We booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Rooms and kitchen were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had 2 pots and one skillet, baking sheet, enough plates, bowls, cups and glasses. Everything looked clean and decent. Beds are very comfortable. For complementary morning breakfasts everyone had something to fill their tastes and wishes. ”

“Good location with Target, Petco, and some good local places to eat all within walking distance. The staff is amazing!!! Very friendly and make you feel at home. Pet friendly! ”

“Nice and convenient location for a weekend getaway. Close to the bus station and away from the downtown traffic.”
