“Everything was great till I upgraded my room. The bigger room was less clean and more damage to it...it didn't smell as nice as my room on the first floor...other than that everything was good ”

“We had issues with the door key box on the door. We had to go down to the front several times to have the key card reset to open the door. One late night it took over 30 minutes to get the door open after having to go to the front 3 times during that time and it still did not open. We had to request for the employee to go back upstairs to open the door for him to tell us the battery on the door is dead so that’s why it wasn’t working. The next day it did the same thing so finally requested for a different room so that we could get in our room without waiting and having a working door ”

“Nothing bad the wifi just didn't reach out only certain parts of my room but still worth the visit”

“The room size was spacious and comfortable, contributing to restful sleep. Overall facilities were as per expectation. Front desk lady was polite and helpful. However, person who managed morning breakfast should have been trained with etiquettes to atleast notify or ask families sitting in dining room that he is about to remove everything. The way he removed breakfast without notifying was unacceptable. We could not able to complete our breakfast. This is a feedback i would like the management should consider. ”
