“Have driven past this hotel many times and always wanted to stay. Went to Boston for a show and decided to book here as it was 45 minutes away and in the direction of going home. Good choice. Friendly staff and awesome buffet breakfast. Will go back again. ”

They take no responsibility and blame the third party that I rented through. I go to put the kids to bed, and the pull out bed is broken. There's a sign taped to it that says do not use. The lamps in the Bedroom are broken, and the clock radio blinks uselessly. There were only enough towels for two people, despite my telling the truth about the size of my party, and after agreeing that it was OK for me to put my kids to bed on a mattress on the floor, I realized there weren't even any sheets or blankets, or pillows. When I called management, they had me come pick those things up myself”
