“Usually when we've stayed here it was great. This time my friend and I checked into our room and immediately started having issues breathing which went away outside of room. When we first brought this up we were dismissed and told there was nothing they could do. Brought up again and they finally said they look a the room. The manager came with them and immediately got us a different room which was better”

“Location was good and they have a party shuttle that takes you to Stockyards which was convenient for what we were there for but there was no hot water in our room the first night. Tried several other rooms' water temp and decided not to move because staff said should be warm by end of night after they worked on it. However, you had to leave water running before every shower to get any type of warmth to it. Also, the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so there was always water in the floor and the tub wouldn't drain properly. Was told Maintenance would look but after our 3 days was up it still wasn't fixed. Keys had to keep being reset. First day and half. They kept saying don't put by magnet or phone(which we wasn't). We travel a lot. We don't typically have that issue. Staff at desk first night was helpful and tried to fix water issues even though was out of her control. So was convenient and good price compared to others in area but then in turn you pay for what you get . ”

“I asked for a late check out, clerk forgot to write it down, so at 11:10 the maid knocked on the door and told me I was late, then the front desk called, treating me like I was some kind of criminal for wanting a late check out. The sheets were disgusting with stains so thank goodness I had extra blankets, I put one under me and one on top. Pretty disappointed in my stay. But you get what you pay for, I guess. ”

“The picture showed a beautiful pool with an inground, hot tub. I chose this hotel because I like La Quinta and I was doing a lot of hard work moving and wanted to be somewhere with a hot tub.. When I got there, the hot tub had been filled in with concrete And a table and chairs were set over the spot. They put on a very good breakfast. The rooms were clean and insect free. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The parking lot was a bit of an issue. It was very tight to move around, and my car was actually struck by another Guest of the hotel. On the first two floors there was only one working ice machine. They had a workout room which was adequate. All in all, though there were a few problems, I thought this was a reasonable hotel to stay at.”

“The room was clean. The only complaint I would have is that the breakfast was not really good. Also the pool was not clean. I brought it to the staff's attention but nothing changed. You couldn't swim because it looked like the filter was not working. I was disappointed even the hot tub was the same way. The room was about a 8/10 on cleanliness. Served the purpose. ”
