“They nickle and dime you for anything you ask for. For example. you want the exact same room, just want to move up 2 floors, that will be an extra $50. I signed a form, asking for a room change so we could have a higher view of the ocean and they didn't put a price on the form, and then after I left they filled it in to say $50.”

“정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 수영장이 내려다보이는 멋진 방이었어요. 다만 욕실 환풍기가 작동하지 않았고, 밤에 수영장 조명이 켜져 있지 않아 조금 무서웠어요. 그래도 전반적으로 만족스러웠고 다시 방문할 예정입니다.”

“고급호텔은 아니고 짧게 묵을만한 비즈니스호텔 느낌의 리조트입니다. 그래도 깔끔합니다. 있는 동안 불편은 못느꼈어요. 프라이빗 비치 있어요. 다만 제가 방문한 11월은 춥습니다 바다.. 수영장도 있어요. 작지만 놀기에 불편함은 없습니다. 개인차가 있겠지만 전반적인 직원들 응대도 친절했어요. 있을건 다 있습니다. 시설의 노후화, 조식의 빈약함 등이 있지만.. 그건 가성비로 이해 가능한 수준인것 같네요. 교통은 편리해요. 포트월튼비치나 데스틴 근처 놀러가기에 불편하지 않았습니다. 주차공간 널널한 편이었구요. 우버로 로비 배달시켜 먹을수도 있었습니다”

“I will say, I could maybe recommend this to others but with a few exceptions. First is, I have been to different resorts from different countries and most of them have a really friendly receptionist. That’s one quality that they should have right. However, the one that check us in is not that friendly. I’m not sure if that’s how American receptions are trained for or it’s just her but other people from different countries wont be happy with that attitude. Second, we were given a complimentary drink and when we used that on our first night, one bartender told my husband when he was making sure its one and done, said that it’s a per night drink. So, the 2nd night of stay, my husband went and ask him for a drink and he was like making my husband feel bad as if he is asking for a free drink because apparently, it’s really a one and done drink. My husband just feels like that bartender was not doing his job right and giving customers misinformation. Third, we asked for somebody to fix our tv and they made us wait for more than 2hrs before someone came and check on us. The problem was fixed but it’s just a very long wait. Fourth, housekeeping is not an everyday thing, it’s every other day thing and it’s not even done early. They will clean your room when it’s already too late. I am just so used to housekeeping cleaning my room early every day so to me this is just not acceptable. Fifth, the overall maintenance of the resort is really not good. They should do something about it because it’s just heartbreaking that they are in a very good spot just walking distance from the beach so we expect that we get the best experience possible for the price that we paid for and yet we just didn’t. But I would say, the beach and the view are awesome! ”
