“I’ve stayed at this hotel on 4 different occasions in the last couple years. It’s never been the cleanest or best hotel but it is what it is, a 2 or 3 star hotel. The pool is a decent size. Obviously not heated but pretty well maintained. The location is great. Everything you need nearby. Even walking distance which is rare in Florida. The staff is decent minus one or two ride overnight workers. They do have security at night which is more on the “why” aspect of things. Coffee until noon in the dinning room but I did get scolded for going outside through a door that’s in the dinning room instead of the front entrance which is literally 15-20 feet away from that 100% working door. Besides all that, the maids took my amazing face towels even after I told them I have my own. And then gave me 5 of their towels to keep. My lights and the room under mines lights went out for over 12 hrs. My tv stopped working for a whole day on Sunday and got fixed Monday morning at around 10 am. The light, well the vent in the bathroom made the most annoying noise for over 5 minutes until it finally stopped. And I think that’s about it. So yeah good luck! ”

“We were told we would have to forfeit the deposit because the 3 year old peed the bed. There was a plastic zippered around the mattress. Then when we were checking out we were told the chair was tattered we asked if we could take it out of the room because the black plastic was coming off the lounge chai r. ”

“Staff checked me in quickly, room was on the first floor thankfully, room was clean and ready just a bit outdated. Might be helpful to get outlets with usb ports and maybe some newer towels but overall it was reasonable price for the set up. ”

“Staff here was what made this business trip exceptional. On 2nd day of my stay, I realized the mouse needed to do an important training was no longer working, I decided to take a chance and ask the front desk and Elena brought me her personal mouse to use for the day! I would highly recommend.”
