“Last 2 out of 3 times booked by a 3rd party website they have NOT honored King room booking. Last night there were 5 cars in whole hotel parking lot but stuck us in a double room NOT king paid for due to 3rd party booking. They only honor booking IF book direct through them per hostess. We stay there 2 times a month from March-Nov for last 3 1/2 years. Staff was not willing to move us to king room available and manager was not available. We have cancelled rest of bookings we have left for Sept-Nov. ”
